John Holland offers wholesale prices to volume buyers. The minimum order to qualify for wholesale pricing is five (5) books. John Holland does not require proof of retail ownership to purchase at the wholesale price, but those that can will receive certain advantages.
South Carolina Retailers SC sales tax will be charged for buyers in South Carolina unless they can provide proof of intent to sell retail. Contact John for details.
Return Policy Books are fully returnable within one year of receipt. The books must be in sellable condition upon receipt in order to be refunded. Note that improperly packaged books can render them non-sellable during shipment, so package with care. Autographs by the author do not void the return policy. The buyer is responsible for any shipping costs associated with the return.
Terms Payment is due before shipment unless buyer can prove ownership of a retail service. In the later case, payment is due within thirty (30) days of invoice. John reserves the right to offer credit to buyers that have established a good working relationship with him.
Retailer Discount The discount is based on the quantity of books being purchased, per the following table.
Insurance and Shipping
All shipments shall be insured against loss or damage and will have delivery confirmation. Buyer shall pay for all costs of shipping, to include insurance and delivery confirmation.

Payment Methods The preferred method of payment is by PayPal. The e-mail to use for paypal is sales@rjwargame.com. John also accepts money orders and checks from a business account. Customers wishing to use personal checks should first contact John in advance.
